O how I love this time of year, and I can even proudly say I love the busyness, and the cozyness. And by the way is it wrong that I have been watching Christmas specials, with my daughter nearly every night when we r done from our day of work, school, dance, & shopping. I love stores acknowledging CHRISTMAS, with decorating, music and excitement. I would most definently lovey SNOW!!!!!! And of course I love how friends from my past have bit me on the bahookey and are back in my life. I send u all mooey kisses and hugs. And box's o misteltoe are on the way!!! xoxoxox

Ok I lovey this time of year the whole build up, to the actual day, and yes can u believe there are only 41 days til Christmas!!!!!

So Kenya and I have actually started to watch the Christmas movies, course I watched some in July too. We watched the grinch the other day, and another time we watched Christmas Story, which always gives me giggles, so here is my recommendation.For Family Home Evening.All will enjoy and it will so totally get ya in the mood!!!!.........................................................

Surgery anyone???

Ok so let me just share my good time weekend with y'all.. Friday consisted of missing lunch with my Sherri & Nu-nuh. Due to HUGE HUGE work day because we r growing so freakin fast!!! (I just keep thinking job security...job security...) So then Friday night my house was "BACK TO SCHOOL SLEEPOVER HUB" where we had 8 girls sleeping over, wich actually went rather well. Then on Sat a couple of my other friends & I went out to movie and dinner, after wich on the drive home I get some major tummy pains....Wich woke me up @ 2 in the a.m. on Sunday and did not let me go back to sleep, well llater sunday it moved to the right of my lower stomach, wich may be in fact my beloved appendix!!!!!!(And here I thought it was just the poopies!!)So today @4:00 I am headed to the doctor(wich I never go cuz even though I ran a Doctor's office, lets face it I am a big big whanney when it comes to being there..) Everyone at my work is seriously betting on the outcome....wich I should be given a percentage. So needless to say I am a bit freeked out!! I will let y'all know the deet's when I am done. Sherri or Nan should come with, since my mom is at work and then taking my dad to have an MRI for a herniated disc....And I am sorry needles make me pucker and not in good ways....Are ya gettin a sense of my nerves yet???? Anyway thought I would share this since I have never had surgery other then my boobies, and my child. Have any of you had this done??? within the past 5 years?

School Days School Days Dear ol Golden Rule Days.....

Oh it is in the air, you can smell it in the breezes, it is the smell of fall in the distance. Maybe it is the fact that right now it is only 85 degrees as opposed to 103. And have you noticed the difference in the autumn's 85 and July's? You can always get warmer but when u r hot there is only so much u can remove before getting arrested or offending someone. I love this time of year, I actually love walking down the isle @ walmart in the school supply section, then nastalgia & nausea overwhelm you. I love the cooler nights, and children getting there back to school haircuts, or in girls cases highlights and haircuts. Seeing the moms with tired little ones rushing in the mall to put together their childs school clothes, seeing the chatty pre-teens and the ever so cool teens. The busyness of it all is fun and eye rolling all at the same time. I love school clothes shopping w/ my daughter who is about to embark on 8th grade. Of course when shopping with her it entails many details due to the fact that being a girl has many needs, like 4 different shoes, not including her tenny's wich this year are apparently "PUMA'S", some with a tich of a heel some without, of course u need the "cute" unmentionables, because apparently in the lockers people see "DUH"...I was actually having fun doing these things from getting 2 diff kinds of jackets, a back pack, several jeans, tan & black pants, various capri's, dressy shirts, t-shirts & shirts that go under your shirts, skirts w/ leggings, belts, then there is the jewelry that goes with each outfit & hair accesories. And none of this shopping is the winter apparel, and did I forget to mention the decorative locker accesories? And I think "Holy crappers" did I over do it, especially since I could have purchased a plane ticket flown to New York and stayed at our favorite "Crown Plaza", and gotten Spa treatments for what I spent.......Of course all this spending is entirely Kenya's fault for being so cute... And maybe it has to do with this time of year it is truly part of my favorite, soon leaves will change and chimney's will permiate the air. Then I think "mercy" for the moms w/multiple children is it as fun for them, or is it frantic, my mom who had 7 children, put us in darling things but said it was both insane and fun, till we got to the teenager stage, then just more hectic... So my friends was school shopping fun for you?? And don't ya love fall????

P.S. did u also know that there are only 132 days til Cristmas, wich makes just over 18 weeks...hee-hee me lovey!!

HAMMERED HAMMERED HAMMERED, THIS IS THE WORD THAT BEST DESCRIBES MY WEEKEND. FRIDAY DRIVING TO TWIN TO VISIT MY SIS AND FAM, I GET ONE OF THE SADDEST CALLS EVER, A VERY DEAR FRIEND LOST HER 2 YR OLD DAUGHTER OVER THE WEEKEND, DUE TO AN AT HOME CAR ACCIDENT, SWEET LILIAN PASSED AWAY NEARLY ON THE SPOT, AND MY FRIEND IS OVERWHELMED WITH GUILT, I COULD NOT GET TO HER FOR 3 DAYS, DUE TO MY CAR DYING IN TWIN FALLS BECAUSE OF FUEL PUMP, SO I FELT HELPLESS. ALL SHE WANTED WAS NICOLE AND I TO BE THERE, I GOT BACK TUESDAY, MISSING THE PRIVATE VIEWING, BUT MADE IT TO HELP W/ FUNERAL. IT WAS DEVASTATING, AS IS EVERY DEATH OF A CHILD, BUT WHEN U SPEND TIME W/ THIS CHILD AND SEE HER REGULARLY, AND SEE HER MOM AND HER OVERWHELMING GRIEF, IT TARES YOUR GUTS OUT!!! AND OTHER THEN MY GIVING MY LOVE AND CHECKING ON HER DAILY, I FEEL HELPLESS. THANK HEAVEN WE KNOW THAT SHE WILL GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO RAISE LILY & SEE HER AGAIN. I REALIZE THIS IS NOT A CHIPPER FEEL GOOD POST BUT I NEEDED TO VENT SO I AM!!! I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO READS THIS(Y'ALL KNOW WHO U R) KNOW THAT I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART. THANK HEAVEN I HAVE MY DAUGHTER & FAMILY & YOU. XOXO AND THE KNOWLEDGE THERE IS MORE OUT THERE.

dang dramatic girls!!

Oh the joys of 12-13 yr olds, and there drama!!! It wears me out, and what is even sadder it has always been there, & will always be there. What I find most interesting are oblivious parents to the cruelties thier own children are inflicting, and in todays society most parents want to be "friends" w/thier kids rather then a parent!! My daughter has a group of 6-7 (depending on who is bugging them) friends, and for the most part I truly love every one of them. They are talented and sweet, but there always seems to be one in all young girls growing up, that thrives to make many miserable, wether she prays on thier insecurities(due to her own), or wether she is just pure evil????hhhhmm "HYPATHETICALLY" speaking--

There is a girl in my daughters group of friends that seems "hell bent" on making thier lives miserable, & what is tricky is the girls have tried to exclude her because she is "evil", but she doesn't go away!!!!!!!!! When she is not there with them they all get along, they have fun,none of them have hurt feelings..The only time she does go away is if she can take a few w/her, particularly her obsession, of one of the girls. I think girls are so much easyier from ages birth-11, and then HOLY EVER LOVIN POO!!! The dang drama.

I have spoken to my daughter about "turn the other cheek", don't kiss up, but still be polite, and of course none of this matters after high school!!, But there comes a point when a few of us mothers are ready to knock this girl over the head with a frying pan, & ship her to the CONGO....but we refrain..How much crying & sadness & attacks on thier securitites do they have to endure?? The crazy thing is her mom knows & does nothing???That is excellent parenting right there.....She is particularly cruel to Kenya, & there are 3 of kenya's friends who r sick of it, but they r only 12 and chicken out when it comes time to standing up to the bully. On better note My FABULOUS FRIEND Nu-Nuh took this amazing picture of kenya & her friends, it is beautiful & I lovey it.

I could gab about several subjects, I mean Heaven forbid if my peeps used IM, I mean it is quicker, it is instant....U all just lucky I can navigate thru these computer programs with only months of tinkering, rather then a year!!!(or is it the other way round?....retorical don't answer!!)
